为什么我发起 SeafoodWiki
在海鲜行业工作的 13 年里，我深刻体会到，消费者想要获得清晰、可靠的食品信息，并不是一件容易的事。
今天，越来越多的人开始向 AI 询问食品安全和营养问题，这个挑战变得更加重要。而且，这不仅仅是中国消费者面临的问题。
我发起 SeafoodWiki，是因为我相信，AI 不应该只是让信息更容易获得，也应该帮助我们建立更值得信任的知识。
我没有编程背景，但借助 AI，我开始将多年积累的行业经验转化为一个真正运行的数字知识系统。我们正在建设结构化、可追溯的海鲜知识，让消费者和 AI 都能够使用，同时坚持人类专家的专业判断与知识独立性。
SeafoodWiki 仍然处于早期阶段，还有很多需要学习和完善的地方。但我相信，我们正在解决的是一个全球性问题，而我们探索的方法，未来也有机会应用到海鲜之外的更多食品领域。

Why I Believe SeafoodWiki Deserves to Be Considered for WSA Global
After 13 years in the seafood industry, I have seen how difficult it can be for consumers to find clear, reliable information about the food they buy.
Today, as more people turn to AI for answers about food safety and nutrition, this challenge is becoming even more important — and it is not unique to China.
I started SeafoodWiki because I believe AI should not only make information easier to access, but also help make knowledge more trustworthy.
With no coding background, I have used AI to turn years of industry experience into a working digital knowledge system. We are now building structured, traceable seafood knowledge that can serve both consumers and AI, while keeping human expertise and independent judgment at its core.
SeafoodWiki is still at an early stage. We have much to learn and improve. But I believe the problem we are addressing is global, and the approach we are exploring has the potential to extend far beyond seafood.
